XNRGY has won the Award of Merit in the Manufacturing category from ENR

Mesa, AZ and Montreal, QC  — August 3, 2026 — We are extremely delighted to announce that XNRGY has won the Award of Merit in the Manufacturing category from ENR Southwest for its world-class, Mesa 1 manufacturing facility. Engineering News-Record (ENR) is the leading media outlet for the construction industry, and we are honored to be recognized by them.

XNRGY’s 275,000 sq ft Mesa 1 manufacturing facility, built in approximately 12 months, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to produce sustainable AI infrastructure through innovative cooling technology that greatly reduces power usage.

XNRGY is grateful to its Mesa 1 partners in winning this prestigious award: facility developer The Boyer Company, general contractor Wespac Construction, and architect Gensler.

This recognition is highly competitive. ENR noted that across all of its regional editions, it saw a 20% jump in award applications with a “record 950 projects in the running”. For the Southwest region, which had nearly 100 award entries on its own, judges consisted of a panel of experts from across the regional construction industry.

XNRGY and the other winners will be honored at an awards luncheon to be held in Phoenix on November 6th.
